Please note, with immediate effect we will no longer accept card payments for orders under £12.50.
This is due to the high charges that we have to pay to the card companies to process payments.

Please note when placing your order either in person or on the phone, a member of staff will always repeat your order with you to ensure it is correct. Also, when collecting your order, a member of staff will always read out what you have ordered – should a member of staff not do so, please remind them. Please listen carefully on both occasions that it is correct and contains the dishes that you have ordered.
For Delivery Orders, please note that only the member of staff who takes your phone order can repeat your order to you at that time. The Delivery Driver cannot check your order due to time constraints.
Once you have received the food from our staff, we will no longer be responsible for any item missing that you have not ordered and paid for. Items you have paid for should all be in the order bag. However, should anything be missing which you have paid for, please let us know immediately so that we can replace it for you. Please do not wait until the next day.
